In addition to the regular Sunday morning church service there are other activities geared specifically for adults.

Every Wednesday evening at 7:30pm we hold a Bible Study and prayer time, known as ‘Oasis’ as it provides a time for learning, contemplation and focusing on our spiritual heath in the midst of the daily hustle and bustle of the week. Held in the church multi-purpose area, or via zoom for those who find it difficult to get there in person. Details from Pastor Gary or in our weekly day-by-day leaflet.

There is also a weekly prayer meeting held in the church every Friday morning at 8am.

We also hold events of a more social nature, including these regular events…

There is a weekly ‘Knit and Natter’ gathering on Wednesday mornings as a social activity for anyone who enjoys knitting (and/or nattering!).  It is a time of social interaction and fellowship together over tea or coffee for those who are not working during the week.

For men we hold a monthly Men’s Breakfast where we share fellowship with men from other fellowships over a ‘full English breakfast followed by a short devotional time or a talk by a guest speaker. Usually held on the 1st Saturday of the month, but check to be sure. Details from Andrew Tranter.

A separate but similar format Women’s Breakfast event is also held on an ad-hoc basis for the ladies in the church.
