Our annual church members meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday February 19th, following the morning service. All are welcome to attend, though only church members are able to vote.
Please see the booklet which Pastor Tommy has prepared for the meeting by clicking one of the links below to download it; we have both pdf and Microsoft Word versions available for you to choose from. Please try to read the reports contained in the booklet prior to the AGM to help us expedite their approval at the meeting. Thank you.
Our Sunday morning service on the 19th will be streamed on YouTube as usual but the AGM will not, so you’ll have to be there in person if you wish to participate..
If you are a church member and unable to attend you may wish to have your apologies recorded, in which case please let Tommy or Andrew know beforehand and your apology will be made at the meeting.
