Church reopening again!

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the re-opening of our church for ‘live’ congregational services from Easter Sunday, April 4th. Booking will be essential as numbers will, for a while longer yet, still be strictly limited to 30 for the initial services – it is essential you book if you want to be there. See below for details of how to book.

In preparation for re-opening we have updated the re-opening information sheet which you can view, along with the original covid-19 Risk Assessment, here. PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION SHEET before booking as it contains important information for you to know.

As before you will need to book if you wish to attend. Tickets will normally be available at 12 noon on the Sunday two weeks prior to the service you would like to join. However, due to the AGM, Easter Sunday tickets will be available from 1pm on Sunday March 21st until they are all taken up or until noon on Saturday April 3rd – whichever comes first.

So, how to book… To reserve your place please go to our bookings page here. Or if you have difficulties with online forms you can call Naomi in the office (see footer for number). You may also book by using your ChurchSuite App and go to ‘Events’ to book. Note – please don’t ask Naomi to jump the queue for you – she will only take phone bookings when they become available to all.

We have 30 places available at each service, but six of these are reserved for the Pastor and support team (AV team, Stewards etc.) meaning 24 are available for booking. We will keep this under review and look at adding more places as conditions allow. Bookings will be on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Initially conditions will be as before: 2 metre social distancing, face coverings to be worn, no ‘mingling’ of households, limited facilities. We expect this to continue for some weeks before any relaxations will allow us more freedoms.

That’s it for now. Any problems with bookings please call Naomi or Bob and we will do our best to help you out.
